Coverage

Under Liberty's arrangement with Sprint*, Liberty customers have access to service anywhere on the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network. Only Sprint build the largest all-digital, all-PCS nationwide network, from the ground up, reaching more than 230 million people.

There is no local calling area so all outgoing or incoming calls on the network are included in your plan. Wherever you go, Liberty can go with you.

Billing

Liberty will automatically charge your monthly service fee to the credit card or check card that you provided when you signed up for Liberty service.

Liberty offers a variety of payment options to suit our customer’s needs. Credit card, debit card, check, and cash payment options are all available. To pay online or over the phone, you will need a credit or debit card. Cash and check payments can be made at any of our retail partner locations.

Airtime Minutes

When you have a low Anytime minute balance, (although you may still have Night & Weekend minutes left) Liberty will contact you via an email and SMS text message and alert you that you are running low on Anytime minutes and are approaching a 0 minute balance. Liberty will then automatically add an appropriate bundle of Anytime minutes, which they call TalkOn! minutes, to your balance and bill the credit or check card that was used when you initially signed up for service.

You can manage your TalkOn! minute options through the “Manage My Account” service on the Web site, or by calling customer service.
